- Where can I find the SXhibition schedule to start planning my day?

- Where can I collect my VIP Pass goodie bag?
- The VIP Pass goodie bags must be collected at the venue entrance in your first session visit when your QR code is scanned for the very first time. No merchandise will be shipped after the event.
- Are NDIS support workers allowed free entry?
- Yes. One free NDIS Support Worker ticket is available per patron. Visit the ticketing booth on the day of the event to claim.
- Who qualifies for a concession ticket?
We accept concession tickets for:
- Full-time secondary and tertiary students
- Pension concession cardholders
- Senior card holders
- Companion card holders
- Veteran Affairs, TPI and Healthcare card holders
Please bring valid ID or documentation and present it at the entrance for verification, no ticket is needed if you are a companion card holder.
- Is the event accessible?
- Yes, SXhibition is committed to accessibility. The venue is wheelchair accessible, and we provide facilities for people with disabilities. If you have specific accessibility needs, please contact us in advance so we can assist you. The venue is fully wheelchair accessible. We accept Companion Cards. Your carer comes free with your paid ticket. We're committed to making SXhibition inclusive and comfortable for all guests. If you have specific access needs, reach out to our team and we'll do our best to help.
- What do I need to bring to the event?
- Just make sure to have your digital ticket ready to be scanned and a valid photo ID to verify your age (18+).
- What if I can't make it?
- Our tickets are fully transferable. We do not permit refunds, however you are welcome to put them into someone else's name.
- Can I swap my ticket?
- We do allow you to upgrade your ticket to a higher tier so you can get all the benefits and experience the very best of SXhibition, but we do not allow downgrades. Notice that due to the payment processing platform's costs an additional fee may apply, please contact our support team for assistance.
- Can I buy tickets at the door?
- Yes, we do sell tickets at the door but some tickets like the VIP Passes may sell out in advance, so we recommend buying your tickets online to secure your entry.
- Is there a dress code?
- Wear what makes you feel confident. Some guests come in everyday clothes, some go all out in glam or fetishwear. All we ask is that your genitals are covered - it's still a public venue.
- Is it safe?
- Yes. Safety is a top priority. Professional security and staff will be onsite at all times. We enforce strict anti-harassment and consent policies. If you feel unsafe or uncomfortable, please speak to a staff member or security immediately.
- Can I bring children?
- No. This is a strictly 18+ event. Valid photo ID will be required at entry.

- I want a booth. Can I exhibit or sponsor?
- Yes. We welcome brands from across the adult lifestyle space, including sex tech, toys, fashion, kink, wellness, education and more.
- Can I take photos or videos?
- Photography and filming is only allowed in designated zones. Many guests and exhibitors value their privacy, so please respect any 'No Photos' signs or personal requests. Official photographers will be onsite if you'd like a photo taken.

Your entry signifies you waive any right to approve the use of your likeness and release the Event Organizers from liability related to such use, including claims for payment, privacy, or defamation.
