Governing Law: Queensland, Australia By ticking the box on the registration form, you ("Content Creator") agree to the following terms and conditions for participation in the SXhibition event ("Event") organised by GC Promotions and Events Pty Ltd ("Organiser"). Please read these terms carefully before proceeding.

Event Location: Exhibition Building, 600 Gregory Terrace, Bowen Hills, Brisbane, Queensland 4006, Australia
Creator Check-in: Friday 28 November 2025. Time: 9am - 11am
Event Hours: Friday 28 November: 12pm - 10pm, Saturday 29 November: 10am - 10pm, Sunday 30 November: 10am - 5pm

Content Creator Responsibilities
Professional Conduct: The Content Creator must conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times during the Event. This includes interactions with attendees, other creators, media, and event staff.
Compliance with Laws: The Content Creator must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and venue rules, including workplace health and safety, fire safety, and public liability requirements.
Content Guidelines: All content creation, promotional activities, and interactions must be appropriate for the Event and comply with the Organiser's community guidelines. The Organiser reserves the right to remove any creator whose conduct is deemed inappropriate.
Meet & Greet Sessions: Content Creators are expected to participate in scheduled meet and greet sessions, photo opportunities, and fan interactions as outlined in the event schedule.
Social Media Promotion: Content Creators agree to promote their participation in the Event on their social media platforms using official event hashtags and tagging the official event accounts.

Compensation and Payment Terms
Creator Fees: Content Creators will receive compensation as outlined in their individual participation agreement. Payment will be processed within 30 days following the completion of the Event.
Travel and Accommodation: Where applicable, travel and accommodation arrangements will be detailed in the individual creator agreement and are subject to separate terms.
Merchandise Sales: Content Creators may sell approved merchandise during the Event. The Organiser reserves the right to review and approve all merchandise prior to the Event. Revenue sharing arrangements, if applicable, will be outlined in individual agreements.

Cancellation Policy
Creator Cancellation: If a Content Creator cancels their participation more than 30 days prior to the Event, no penalties apply. Cancellation within 30 days of the Event may result in forfeiture of agreed compensation and potential liability for event-related costs already incurred.
Organiser Cancellation: The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, safety concerns). In such cases, compensation arrangements will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Liability and Indemnity
Limitation of Liability: The Organiser will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury (including indirect or consequential loss) suffered by the Content Creator, except to the extent caused by the Organiser's negligence. The Content Creator participates at their own risk.
Indemnity: The Content Creator agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organiser, its employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from the Content Creator's participation in the Event, including but not limited to any content created or shared during the Event.

Image Rights and Content Usage
Photography and Filming: The Organiser reserves the right to photograph, film, and record the Content Creator during the Event for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes.
Usage Rights: By participating in the Event, the Content Creator grants the Organiser a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use their name, likeness, image, voice, and any content created during the Event for:
- Event promotion and marketing materials
- Social media content and campaigns
- Website and digital marketing
- Future event promotion
- Documentary or promotional video content
Content Creator Rights: Content Creators retain ownership of their personal brand and content created independently. However, any collaborative content created during official Event activities may be used by the Organiser as outlined above.
Third-Party Content: Content Creators warrant that any materials, performances, or content they provide do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights and that they have all necessary permissions for any music, images, or other copyrighted materials used.
Opt-Out Provisions: Content Creators may request to opt-out of specific promotional uses by providing written notice to the Organiser, though this may affect their participation eligibility.

Force Majeure
The Organiser will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.

Privacy and Personal Information
The Organiser will collect and use personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. Personal information may be used for event management, marketing, and future event communication.
Content Creators consent to their personal information being shared with venue staff, security personnel, and other parties as necessary for event management and safety purposes.

Code of Conduct
Content Creators must maintain professional standards and conduct themselves appropriately at all times during the Event.
Any behaviour deemed inappropriate, including but not limited to harassment, discrimination, or conduct that may bring the Event or other participants into disrepute, may result in immediate removal from the Event without compensation.
Content Creators are responsible for ensuring their content and interactions comply with platform guidelines and community standards.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Content Creator's participation in the Event and supersede all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements. Any amendments to these Terms must be in writing and agreed upon by both parties.

Acknowledgement and Acceptance
By registering for the Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, including the image rights and content usage provisions outlined herein.
